Location, comfortable beds

Junk outside by the south door - hallways & steps dirty. Never saw a breakfast supposedly available!

No breakfast no pool no hot tub. Was not disclosed when booking hotel. Room had bad smell so changed room. New room has odor spray bottle which must have been used to disguise odor

The front desk

Web site stated a pool and hot tub and also a full breakfast..I booked this room for those amenities and they were not available. I would have chosen a diffrent hotel

The front desk young lady who was helping us did everything she could to find us a clean room.

It took us 3 tries to get a clean room. The beds still had food in them and sheets were not changed, wet towels hanging in bathroom, and everything seemed to broken (pool and all ice machines).

Very old, walls are all chipped paint and patched, floors were gross, dusty corners in room, nothing worked.

Price

This hotel had the pool and hot tub shut down, even though you could see both were filled with water. Also, for a rather large hotel there was only one ice machine and it was also not working. The toilet in our room was leaking on to the floor.

Continental breakfast

It was run down, dirty, beat up, and rooms were small. Bathroom was extremely small. It looked abandoned outside, with unmowed grass.

All ice machines were out of order, pool out of order, hot tub out of order, same breakfast every single day, rooms horribly dirty, shower tub didn?t drain, and toilet barely flushed. We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and it?s severely gone done hill

Convient location to our destination and purpose of travel

Floors were filthy, hair on bathroom floor and sheets of bed, clump of dog hair clinging to the back of the bathroom door, soapdish had obvious soap slime and residue from previous use with plastic wrapped soap bar sitting on it, TV did not work

The smell, no fire alarm inthe room, staff more worried about smoking then helping guests

Comfortable beds. Quiet room. Good breakfast

One staff member had 4 children there who were always in the lobby or riding bikes in the parking lot. The handrail in the staircase was peeling paint and sticky. There were many lights in the hallway not working. The toilet handle quit flushing .

The location. Pool area was nice.

The two rooms I had were filthy. The refrigerators had not been cleaned and had old food in them. A dirty towel in the bathroom in one of the rooms. They didn't keep up on the breakfast.

Quiet room on the end, breakfast was good, updated furniture was nice

Rooms need to be repainted, some furniture needs to be replaced,

One of the staff members was very kind (and it felt like she was doing all of the work to run the entire hotel afloat!). It was a staffing problem- but the guests don¿t need or want to hear that.

Room wasn¿t even ready when I got there LATE! at 6:00pm. Apparently they were understaffed, but to be charged $---for a room that I wasn¿t able to properly check into- for the purpose of why I got a room in that town left me unhappy).

Friendly staff and the location was close to restaurants major stores.

Carpet in room had not been vacuumed and bathroom had not been swept. Shirt and shoes should be required for guests in breakfast area. Plain scrambled eggs would be nice for kosher guests.

The room and free breakfast and free internet.

Location

Tv didn¿t work in one room, fire alarm going on and off for 12:20-1:30 am with no staff anywhere able to answer questions or answer phone. Pool not working, we were informed day before but couldn¿t find another hotel with 3 rooms available. Not good

The rooms seem to be updated and clean.

There was no hot water in the shower, at all. This was frustrating after mountain biking in the cold rain. Also, the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, which is extremely unsafe.
